Hennes Services places a primary emphasis on safety. We dilligently work to ensure our employees come to work with a safe mindset and return home without injury each and every day. Our dedication to safety results in decreased down time allowing us to remain on schedule and under budget as well as ensuring our work is performed safety around our customer's employees and equipment. 

We have been awarded 1st place for safety 12 times between the award's creation in 1990 and discontinution in 2008 by the Eastern Wisconsin Erectors Association, a group including 12 Wisconsin based machinery movers/erectors in the southeastern Wisconsin region. We even achieved a perfect safety year in 2007!

To ensure our commitment to safety we perform the following safety functions:

• Annual safety dinner with discussion of incidents from the prior year and additional training topics.
• Weekly toolbox talks with weather specific inclusion (heat stroke issues in summer, frostbite in winter, etc).
• Random site auditing.
• Disciplinary policy for failing to adhere to safety procedures.
• Monthly drawing for employees who have had no safety issues during the preceding month.
• Annual safety drawing for all employees who were eligible for all 12 monthly drawings.
